PuppyUp! Madison 2021 Sunday, Oct. 3rd
This past year spotlighted the profound impact our dogs have on our lives. Pet adoptions have soared, as Americans tried to fill a void with canine companionship.
We missed seeing everyone last year, and hope everyone weathered the Pandemic storm. Our pets helped us manage the isolation that ensued.
We are so excited to be hosting an IN-PERSON walk again. Our venue will be McKee Farms Park on Sunday, October 3rd from 10 am to 2 pm.
For more details on the day’s festivities, see Program Details.
This is the 8th year for PuppyUp Madison, and the community surrounding this walk is an incredible group of caring, determined and motivated individuals…all involved in furthering the mission of The Puppy Up Foundation:
- Awareness of canine cancers
- Research that benefits both pets and people
- Education for pet parents to help keep their pets healthy
Early Detection is key...
Cancer that’s diagnosed at an early stage, when it isn’t too large and hasn’t spread, is much more likely to be treated successfully. Treatments tend to be less aggressive and more likely to result in remission or a cure.
The Puppy Up Foundation wants you to be informed about the Early Warning Signs and how to look for Lumps & Bumps each month. See the video here for examples.
If you would like for us to send you the Warning Signs and a Lumps & Bumps diagram to analyze your dog, please email us here: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Use subject line: Please send Warning Signs.
